To pave the way 16% for such achievement, the company created, in 2022, the OF Women’s Training Program with a focus on accelerating the development of their careers. WOMEN This training takes place within the company’s corporate HELD MANAGEMENT training platform, which provides continuous development POSITIONS programs and training for the entire company. The program’s 昀椀rst class will start in February 2023. Learn more: Ecosystem Accelerating Careers Embraer participated in the 33rd Annual Conference of Women in Aviation (WAI) in Nashville, USA, and the 34th Conference of the International Association of Women in Aviation (IAWA) in Lisbon, Portugal.
