RANKING FIRST IN GOVERNANCE In 2022, Embraer S.A. ranked 昀椀rst in corporate governance in the survey of the Época Negócios 360º Yearbook, which aims to identify and disseminate the best business practices in Brazil. Conducted in concert with Fundação Dom Cabral, the ranking recognizes the best in each of the six dimensions of the survey – 昀椀nancial performance, corporate governance, innovation, people, sustainability, and vision for the future. The 2022 edition of the yearbook presented a record number of registrations, with four hundred and twenty participating companies divided into twenty-昀椀ve sectors, and recognized the company’s Corporate Governance practices, which are established to the highest international standards. 323232
